1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they were received.
- The item must still have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- Sale items or items marked as final sale are non-returnable.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@rangrainternational.com or call our customer service at +92 300 1585500 to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return Package: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible). Make sure to include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip for reference.
- Ship the Item: Send the item(s) back to the return address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: After the returned item is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like and returning the original item for a refund. If you would like us to exchange it directly, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personal care products (e.g., accessories like hats, socks, or shoes that have been worn).
- Any items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
